Terms of study at Logic Compass

Acceptance

By using this website or confirming a desk session, workshop seat, or account map brief, you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of a club or a company, you confirm that you may commit that group to the fee and to these conditions. If you do not agree, leave the site and do not confirm a booking.

The library and the sessions

Logic Compass is a learning library established in 2021 in Geumsan-gun, South Chungcheong. We teach readers how to read Solana token account fields, mint account fields, and SPL Token program instructions. A session is a scheduled conversation and, for the brief, a written map. You decide what to do with your own accounts after you leave.

Session descriptions, durations, and fees on the study pages and the rates page are part of the offer you accept when you confirm. If a page and a written quote disagree, the quote sent to your email for that booking prevails.

Bookings and fees

A booking is confirmed when we email you a date and you pay the fee, or the seat hold, by the method named in that email. Bank transfer details are sent after you enquire. The website lists prices for information and does not take card payments. Fees are stated in Korean won. You are responsible for any transfer charges your bank adds.

You agree to send account addresses only. Recovery phrases and private keys are outside every session. If one is included in a message, we delete the message and ask you to write again without it.

Reader conduct

In the reading room you follow the house rules posted on the reading room page: booked seats, silence during a session, and no photographs of other readers. We may end a session if a reader records another guest or presses staff to sign, store, or move a balance. The fee treatment in that case follows the refund page, under the heading for work already started.

Intellectual property

The text, printed field lists, glossary cards, and site design are owned by Logic Compass unless a page names another author. You may keep and copy the notes you write during a session, and you may keep the account map brief prepared for you. You may not republish our sheets, workshop list, or site text as your own teaching material. Names such as Solana and SPL refer to those projects and remain with their holders. Our use of those names describes the subject we teach.

Liability

Study sessions explain account fields and program instructions. Decisions about holding, sending, closing, or reporting tokens remain yours. To the extent the law of the Republic of Korea allows, our liability arising from a booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking. We are not liable for network fees, lost seed material, or choices you make after the session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow us to limit, including liability for deliberate misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea hear disputes arising from the website or from a booking, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Korean law.
