One reader, one tutor
Token Account Desk Session

Who it is for
Readers who can already open a wallet address and still lose the thread between a mint account and the token account that holds a balance. Treasurers, club bookkeepers, and careful holders in and around Geumsan use this desk.
What you leave with
You can point to each field of a token account and say what it permits. You can tell a frozen account from an initialized one, and you know who must sign to close it.
Included
- The desk for 90 minutes and a blank notation sheet
- A reading of one mint account and one token account you choose before the day
- A short recap, sent by email within two working days, listing only the fields you marked
Outside this session
- A second mint (that is a later desk, or an Account Map Brief)
- Signing, custody, or movement of any balance
- Tax, legal, or price opinion
How the ninety minutes run
- Before the day You email the mint address and the token account address, written on separate lines, plus the question that made you book. Seed phrases are not part of the preparation. If one arrives, we stop and ask you to send addresses only.
- First 25 minutes The mint account comes first: supply, decimals, mint authority, freeze authority. We do not open the balance until those four are on your sheet. Most readers discover the freeze authority is still set, or that it has been cleared, and that fact changes the rest of the hour.
- Middle 40 minutes The token account, field by field. Mint public key, owner, amount, delegate, state, native wrap if any, delegated amount, close authority. You read them aloud. Han asks what a transfer would require and what a freeze would block.
- Last 25 minutes The associated token account address: why it is derived from wallet, token program, and mint, and why a second wallet needs its own token account for the same mint. Then close authority, and who receives the rent-exemption lamports if the account is closed empty.
- After you leave Within two working days you receive a recap of the fields you marked. It is a memory aid, not a new opinion. Re-reading is your work; the desk does not keep a copy of any secret.
What to bring
- A notebook you are willing to write in
- The mint address and the token account address on paper or in the email
- A quiet hour with no seed phrase in your bag
